Our brand new facility at 445 N. Madison Ave is well lit and has temperature controlled units. Our locations are close to Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and the University of Iowa. I have had an excellent experience at North Liberty Self Storage. The people who work here have been helpful and friendly. Yesterday I could not unlock my storage unit because my lock was frozen. Gary from North Liberty Storage came out to help me. we tried to open the lock for about 15 minutes. He then offered to cut the lock off and provide me with a new better lock than the one I had on there for no charge. Because of Gary's help and friendly attitude I was able to start the moving process. The storage units at this site are new and I am very happy with the 10x20 unit I have rented.
